A multi-business expense ledger for the people who actually file the return. Capture by photo, PDF, link or by hand — attributed to the exact card, bank account or cash, and totalled into quarter- and year-end reports.

Every business keeps its own banks, cards and books. Switch between them and the entire ledger changes with it — nothing ever bleeds across.

Built the way bookkeeping actually happens

One login, several businesses, and a receipt trail that survives an audit — not a spreadsheet with good intentions.

Isolated by business

One login, many businesses. Each keeps its own banks, cards, receipts, team and reports — never mixed, never leaked between them.

Capture any receipt

Photograph it with the phone camera, upload a PDF, paste a link, or type it in. As many attachments per expense as the paperwork demands.

Every way you pay

Cash, a specific credit card or bank account, deposits and cheques — each with its own currency, so the numbers still reconcile.

Reports that add up

Month, quarter and year totals by category and payment method, exportable to CSV the moment your accountant asks for them.

Offline by design

Install it as a PWA. Capture receipts with no signal — they queue on the device and sync the moment you reconnect.

Team, in real time

Invite the team with owner, admin, member or viewer roles. When someone logs an expense, the owner sees it immediately.

Three steps, then it runs itself

01

Set up the business

Create the account, add the banks and cards it actually spends from, invite whoever files the expenses.

02

Capture as it happens

Snap the receipt at the till, attach the PDF invoice, or paste the link. Pick the card. Done in seconds.

03

Close the period

Month, quarter or year — totals by category and payment method, ready to export and hand over.

Details your accountant would ask about

The parts that decide whether a ledger is trustworthy a year from now.

Tenancy
Every bank, card, receipt and report is scoped to a single business. Switching business switches the entire ledger.
Amounts
Money is stored as integer minor units, never floating point. Totals reconcile to the cent.
Attachments
Files live on disk, filed by business and receipt year, and are served only through a membership-checked route.
Realtime
A channel per business pushes new expenses to everyone entitled to see them, as they are logged.
Offline
Expenses and their photos queue in the browser's own storage and replay automatically once the server is reachable again.
Hosting
Self-hosted on your own server, against your own database. Nothing leaves the infrastructure you control.

Put the first receipt in the ledger

Create a business, add the card it spends from, and photograph a receipt. The quarter closes itself.
